April In A Nutshell

April has been a crazy month! It seems like it was just last weekend that we were throwing Cole his first birthday party.

In the last month Cole has been through so much. He has been teething (no molars yet but they have caused him much grief), had a allergic reaction to his first and perhaps last peanutbutter sandwhich and gotten his first ear infection. This was all in one week by the way!


Dad Brown came to visit after Easter, at which time Cole was nice enough to give his cold to me. I spent most of the weekend in bed.


Now that we've all recovered we're busy working on our basement once again. We have a bit of painting to finish before putting up our trim and doors and then finally having our carpet installed in June. Oh ... and did I mention that we booked a trip to Ontario and we leave in about a week?!
